Actor Dan Haggerty who rose to fame starring as frontier woodsman Grizzly Adams in a film and TV series in the 1970s dies at 74.
Dan Haggerty was a central figure in Easy Rider. While his character was one of several on the commune, he helped wrangle the choppers. It was from his garage that three of the four bikes used were stolen before the film was even released.
